CHABLIS GRAND CRU
(marketed by Maison Dampt):
– Grand Cru Bougros: Generous, expressive and aromatic, this is the ultimate cellaring wine. Serve it during a meal or open a bottle with friends who love fine wines.
CHABLIS PREMIER CRUS
– Premier Cru Côte de Léchet: An excellent Premier Cru from the left bank of the Serein with very subtle aromas of white flowers in its youth. Its outstanding cellaring potential will be revealed after a few years when it expresses its incredible power and very mineral finish.

– Premier Cru Vaillons : A green-gold colour, a nose of fresh butter and almond and a full and supple mouthfeel: this wine is a true favourite among Chablis aficionados. Serve with grilled lobster.

– Premier Cru Les Lys : Refreshing acidity with an extraordinary mineral structure. This wine expresses the elegance of the Chardonnay grapes that grow on the fifty-year-old vines in this outstanding terroir. It is the perfect match for seared langoustines.

– Premier Cru Beauroy : Even its name reveals its noble roots (“roy” means “king” in Old French). Full and mineral with a long finish, this wine has a beautiful structure and partners well with a grilled salmon steak.

– Premier Cru Fourchaume :Running alongside the Grand Cru vineyards on the right bank of the Serein, this is definitely the best-known Premier Cru. With minty and very floral aromas and a refreshing and elegant palate, the finesse of this wine matches delightfully with a pike fillet.
CHABLIS
With accents of green apple, the refreshing and lively character of this elegant wine is a joy. It will give of its best after two to three years and is a fine pairing for ham in Chablis sauce.
PETIT CHABLIS
This zesty wine gets straight to the point. Its freshness makes it a great wine to drink young. What better choice for a summer evening with family and friends?
